1.) Why shop with us?

• We are the Official Team Store of your Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Mammoth and Colorado Rapids! We are able to offer the biggest selection of team merchandise.

2.) Do you ship Internationally?

• Yes we ship to any country via FedEx International! Some countries require Taxes and Duties and is the customers responsibility to pay those as we do not charge for those.

3.) How do you send orders?

• We ship orders via UPS, FedEx International and USPS.

• We ask that you do not use PO Boxes, we need a physical address for them to deliver.

6.) Why didn't my order contain a packing slip?

• In an effort to go green, we no longer pack a physical packing slip, a email confirmation now serves as packing slip.
