1.) Why shop with us?

• We are the Official Team Store of your Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Mammoth and Colorado Rapids! We are able to offer the biggest selection of team merchandise.

2.) Do you ship Internationally?

• Yes we ship to any country via FedEx International! Some countries require customers to pay Taxes and Duties.

3.) How do you send orders?

• We ship orders via UPS or FedEx

• We ask that you do not use PO Boxes, we need a physical address for them to deliver.

4.) How can I cancel my order?

6.) Why didn't my order contain a packing slip?

• In an effort to go green, we no longer pack a physical packing slip, a email confirmation now serves as packing slip.
